  • Byla jsem velmi spokojená s přístupem personálu, se stravováním i s lázeňskými procedurami.

  • Nelíbila se mi úprava zahrady za budovou a velmi jednoduché zařízení v recepci hotelu. Vypadá to tam neútulné a smutné.

  • jednou větou - maximální spokojenost s lázeňským pobytem v Poděbradech - hotel Zimní lázně.

  • Líbilo se mi vše - město, zeleň, kolonáda, hotel Zimní lázně i přidružené hotely. Výborné byly i procedury a max.spokojenost s masáží - chválím masérku Marcelku (jménem si nejsem tak docela jista - procedura 20.9. 2021 v 8.15 hod., Chariclea CH033.
